Darron J. Lasley
Executive Consultant & Coach
Darron Lasley founded Lasley Solutions in 2014 with a mission to use his HR expertise to help businesses grow and to help professionals advance in their careers. With almost 20 years of HR and executive leadership experience, he works with each client, whether a business or individual professional, to design and execute tailored solutions that meet your unique needs and goals.
Born and raised in Indianapolis, Darron earned his B.A. in Psychology, with a minor in Philosophy, from DePauw University. He earned his M.S. in Business Management & Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan University and holds multiple industry certifications.
In 2021, Darron and his family moved from Indianapolis to Atlanta. While still maintaining his Hoosier roots, he now proudly embraces being a Georgian as well. As a former college football player and high school and youth sports coach, Darron brings a competitive spirit and results-focused attitude to his work.
